VTT Memsfab Ltd carries out contract manufacturing of MOEMS and MEMS systems and other micro- and nanoelectronic materials and devices. VTT Memsfab is part of VTT Group, and shares the unique equipment environment with VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland in Espoo. VTT Memsfab provides manufacturing services for both national and international customers, and has experience in production for applications in gas and liquid sensing and healthcare sector.
Main role in the project:
In this project, VTT Memsfab Ltd develops means for qualified production of surface micromachined IR-optical structures and MOEMS devices for automotive and other applications in cooperation with VTT and Murata Finland.
